Mustard Vinaigrette

Mustard Vinaigrette

To make it healthier, I like to use coconut sugar instead of white sugar. I suppose you could also try substituting 100% maple syrup or honey. I just haven’t tried that yet. I’ve also made it using dijon mustard and it’s great! It also tastes good on baked potatoes or drizzle it on bread instead of mayonnaise for sandwiches. Give it a try. You may find other things you like it on as well. This is my favorite dressing for green salads. I hope you will like it too. 🙂
